You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return where the right of withdrawal applies.

Return conditions

The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

How to request a return

Email contact@adorebeauty.com before sending anything back. Return instructions will be provided after your request has been approved.

Damaged or incorrect item

Contact us as soon as you receive your order, including your order number and photos where possible, so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, usually within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional processing time.

Clearance items remain subject to all applicable statutory consumer rights.
